Our Meat Department offers a large variety of fresh beef, pork, poultry, lamb and fish. We also have a section dedicated to an assortment of in-store marinated specialty items. We can accommodate most special orders such as Crown Roast of Lamb and Chicken Cordon Bleu. . We have a knowledgeable and experienced staff ready to serve you and assist with your special order.

The beef and pork section includes regular Canadian Grade “A” cuts, imported beef, organic beef, regular pork cuts and organic pork. We take great pride in the quality and variety of our meat selection.

In the poultry section, as well as regular items, you will find medication free, organic, and free range products.

Our fish section carries a variety of fresh products to choose from. We only carry wild salmon.
